Key Responsibilities:
Handle company applications such as GHL, food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood), internet, FOSIM, Pepsi (LOU), cooking oil permit, and business license.
Manage GHL and food delivery integration.
Update and maintain the outlet master list.
Coordinate with the company secretary for director resolutions and required documents.
Carry out general administrative tasks, including courier and document handling.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Minimum
1 year of administrative experience
(preferred).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
Independent, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
