Assist in filing and updating of administration record.
Assist in general office administration
Provide administration support in day to day operation of the Admin
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Must be able to communicate well in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
*Can perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision, including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies.
Requirement
Min education SPM or fresh graduate also accepted
Non experience but willing to learn encourage to apply
Good team player
Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational abilities
Excellent time management skills and experience in managing a high workload
Ability to meet deadlines andwillingness to take on extra tasks as required
Meticulous and ability to maintain ahigh level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to perform basic account will be an advantages
