Requirements
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to handle day-to-day office administration and support the smooth running of our operations. This is a basic admin role, suitable for candidates who are organised, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities / Job Scope
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, filing and record maintenance
  • Maintain and update company records, documents and databases
  • Ensure all documents are properly labelled, filed and easy to retrieve
  • Prepare purchase requests / purchase orders for office supplies and services
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents and information
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
  • Assist in any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
  • Ensure documents and data are stored in line with company policies and data privacy rules
  • Support continuous improvement of admin processes, and carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in administrative or office support role
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field?
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, Email).
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
  • Able to communicate in basic Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and numbers.
  • Good organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Independent, proactive and able to work with minimum supervision once trained.
  • Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
