Handle general administrative and clerical duties
Manage documentation, data entry, and filing of company records
Support day-to-day office management tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies
Prepare reports, letters, and other required documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Handle basic finance-related tasks such as invoices, payment tracking, and expense claims
Manage agreements and renewal agreements, including preparation and record-keeping
Arrange LHDN stamping for agreements
Email agreements and follow up on signing, stamping, and renewals
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience in administrative or related roles
Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
Working Time:
Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
