Attend to customers to office, incoming telephone call and inquiries
Provide clerical and administrative support to the management and other department's needs.
Act as the point of contract between the executives and internal or external clients.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company's admin requirement and practices.
Communicate between Client and Supplier, and provide the suggestion and solution.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required languages: Malay, English, Mandarin.
Min. experience: 1 year.
Preferably candidate specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
