Prepare, organize, and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all Business Development documents, including proposals, contracts, agreements, and presentations.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all meetings, conversations, and correspondence related to business development activities.
Assist in the creation and formatting of presentations, reports, and other business development materials.
Follow-Up and Follow-Through:
Track and follow up on all business development leads, ensuring timely communication and responses.
Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage calendars for the Business Development Manager.
Proactively anticipate needs and provide support to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Project Support:
Assist the Business Development Manager with research, data analysis, and other project-related tasks.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
Track project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
