Job Responsibilities
Handle basic administrative duties including attendance tracking
Manage daily purchasing matters (office supplies and general items)
Assist in office administration and coordination
Support property and rental management matters (office and staff accommodation)
Assist in office relocation or setup arrangements when required
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen only
Prior administrative experience is an added advantage
Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Able to work on-site and accept alternate Saturday arrangement
Good communication and execution skills
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
