Job Description



1. Application Management:



Preparing, filing, and processing applications and supporting documents for various immigration benefits (visas, permits, residency)

2. Documentation & Records:



Collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate records, files, and databases related to immigration cases

3. Compliance & Checks:



Conducting security checks, analyzing information for background checks, and ensuring all processes comply with immigration laws and policies.

Other Tasks



a. Student list update (GK, PHIS & ONLINE).

b. Response to School2me messages.

c. In charge of Library.

d. Update on uniform and handle parents.

e. Update parents on the latest update or changes in classes/activities.

f. Assist with any events/ Principal if there is any task that needs to be completed immediately.

g. Maintain record of school items for teachers and students use (Eg. sport item, paper usage, and games)

h. Participate in weekend events.

i. Take up any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your HOD/Supervisor.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
