The Admin Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate customer documentation and quotations, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone, support clients' HRD Corp submissions, and supporting general administrative tasks as needed.
Main Responsibilities
Support clients' HRD Corp (HRDC) training submissions, documentation, and claims.
Maintain clients' training records, attendance lists, and supporting documents.
Liaise with internal teams and external parties when required.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Main Requirements
Basic knowledge or exposure to HRD Corp (HRDC) processes is an advantage.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in any Administration field.
Good communication skills and able to speak fluent English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a faced pace environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
