Looking for a responsible and organised
Admin Officer / Admin Assistant
to support daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Handle filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
Prepare and manage basic documents such as letters, forms, invoices, and reports.
Coordinate and follow up on internal matters with relevant departments.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external parties.
Assist in scheduling meetings and office activities.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Ensure proper physical and digital filing and maintain confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Proficient in
Bahasa Malaysia
(spoken & written).
Able to speak Mandarin / Chinese is an added advantage and priority
.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, Google Drive).
Organised, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
