Job Requirements :
Min 2 years work experience
Diploma or equivalent or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office)
Efficient and can do attitude (Attention to details, time management, able to work
independently)
Job Scopes :
Managing and assisting day to day general office administration work, operational, and
coordination, including making appointments, filing/organising folders, company
correspondence (reply to emails and letters, proof reading) etc
Assisting directors/managers on projects related task
Organize and attending meeting, including setting up meeting rooms, preparing meeting
materials, taking note during meeting, minutes of meeting etc
Provide data and information support to managers/staffs (Internal files management,
data analysis, market research etc)
Benefits & Remunerations :
Salary Range: RM 2800 and above (depend on experience)

Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm (Monday-Friday), 9am-12pm (Saturday)
Work Days: Monday to Friday & Weekend included (Halfday) (Every Alternative Saturday
