Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) / 9.00am - 1.00pm (alternate Saturdays)
Job Scopes:
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to assist in the preparation of various reports, including sales performance reports and sales forecasts.
Assist in the creation, review, and management of contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Maintain and organize sales records, customer information, and other relevant documentation in an efficient and accessible manner.
Handle inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Prepare sales-related materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
Maintain organized and up-to-date sales documentation, including contracts, pricing agreements, and sales proposals.
Provide ad hoc support to other departments when required
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
At least 2 years working experience in similar role
Working experience in consumer goods/FMCG industry will be an advantage
Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
Excellent organization, time management and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, team player and able to work under minimum supervision
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong reporting, letter writing skills.
Benefits & Remunerations:
Salary Range: RM 2,800.00 to RM 3,500.00
