Provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
Prepare, process, and maintain operational documents such as job orders, delivery orders, service reports, and work schedules
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and customers on operational matters
Monitor and update operations schedules, manpower deployment, and job status
Prepare operational reports, summaries, and records for management review
Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and related operational documentation
Track operational costs, expenses, and supporting documents
Maintain proper filing of operational records (physical & digital)
Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned by management
