Strong skills in order processing, order management, managing payment timeline.
Moderate verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English will be an added advantage.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software, especially Excel and Word.
Willing to learn new technologies and techniques to enhance the sales process.
Experience working in a travel related field is a plus.
A certificate or diploma in a related field of study is preferred.
Responsibilities
Travel Consultation: Help clients choose the best travel packages, including flights, hotels, and transportation. Provide advice on extras like travel insurance to ensure they\'re satisfied from start to finish.
Booking & Documentation: Confirm all bookings and provide clients with itineraries, tickets, and other important travel documents
Admin Duties: Manage simple office tasks like data entry and filing, and help maintain travel booking records.
Social Media: Post updates on social media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp to keep clients engaged.
