Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Candidates who have experience in HR/ Business Administration/ Operations are preferred
Responsibilities
Assist in graphic design, video editing, and Microsoft PowerPoint deck creation, to support the team's content projects.
Support content development projects including creation of articles, graphic design and video content for social media posts.
Provide administrative support to the Global Communications team, which includes generating and processing vendors' service contracts and payments, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, etc.
Participate in corporate communications-related tasks including liaising with agencies, coordinating media visits, and handling media materials and logistics
Maintain and update databases, such as media contacts, business partners, vendors and stakeholder operations.
Assist in developing business pitches, and internal and external proposals by conducting desktop research
Monitor news on the Company, its businesses, trending topics in the industry, and social media for community sentiments and key market focuses.
Assist the team in any relevant ad-hoc duties.
