Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Responsible, initiative and good at learning and research.
Multilingual candidates are highly preferred (English, Mandarin, BM).
Candidates fluent in both English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients.
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day general administrative tasks.
Coordinate in prepare documents or forms when required.
Assist and compiling of data and reports on daily/monthly basis.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
