Admin Executive (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Responsible, initiative and good at learning and research.
- Multilingual candidates are highly preferred (English, Mandarin, BM).
- Candidates fluent in both English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients.
- Responsible for day-to-day general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate in prepare documents or forms when required.
- Assist and compiling of data and reports on daily/monthly basis.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
