Provide administrative support and carry out tasks as assigned by the superior.
Handle in-house marketing coordination to support sales activities.
Assist with daily sales-related administrative work.
Manage documentation requests from internal and external parties.
Coordinate local and overseas travel arrangements.
Prepare quotations when required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
Handle incoming phone calls and general enquiries.
Support operational tasks such as billing, payment tracking, stock tracking and collection reporting.
Assist in office administration duties as and when needed.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
1-2 years of experience in administration, accounting, or collection preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Malay and English; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to meet deadlines.
Positive working attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn.
