Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and general office support tasks
Manage documentation, filing systems, and data entry with high accuracy
Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents as required
Coordinate with internal departments on administrative matters
Support procurement, logistics, and production teams with documentation and records
Assist in maintaining inventory records, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of administrative experience
(manufacturing environment is an advantage)
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Good communication skills in
English
(Mandarin is an advantage)
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary:
RM 2,500 - RM 3,000
Leave Entitlement:
12 days annual leave
Probation Period:
3 months
