Female, under 35 years old, Diploma or above in Business Admin, HR, or related field
1-3 years
of administrative experience
Proficient in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with admin, HR, and basic finance procedures
Must have
driving licenses
Well-presented, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Basic financial knowledge and expense reimbursement procedures are required.
The ability to manage administrative expenses effectively is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Manages daily office operations, including handling communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining records and preparing reports to support management and ensure office efficiency

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
