Klinik Azurose 24 Jam is a fast-growing GP and urgent care clinic committed to delivering excellent, patient-centered healthcare. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Admin Executive (Operations & Records) to join our team in Alam Damai, Cheras.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations and Documentation

Maintain accurate and well-organised administrative records. Perform data entry for billing, transactions, inventory, HR, and claims. Ensure all documents are complete, properly filed, and easily retrievable.
Panel Claims

Prepare and submit panel, TPA, and insurance claims. Track claims, follow up on pending or rejected submissions, and maintain documentation. Ensure panel statements and payment records are accurate and up-to-date.
Stock and Inventory

Monitor stock levels of medical supplies, consumables, medications, and housekeeping items. Assist with regular stock audits and maintain updated inventory records. Verify supplier invoices against items received.
HR and Administrative Support

Update staff attendance and maintain HR records. Assist the Clinic Manager with roster preparation and staff documentation. Prepare staff claim files and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Supplier Coordination

Maintain supplier invoices, statements, delivery orders, and related documents. Communicate with suppliers regarding invoicing, deliveries, or clarifications.
Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly administrative summaries. Submit complete documentation to the Clinic Manager and Bookkeeper. Support compliance with clinic SOPs and reporting requirements.
Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Accounting, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or clinic support roles (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Salary



RM2,500 - RM3,500 per month
