Admin Executive (personal Assistant)

Job Description

Provide general administrative duties in Director office:-manage meeting schedules, reports, responding to emails/correspondence and etc. Prepare reports, presentation and other documentation for meetings and presentations. To arrange signing of documents for directors as well as to report , update or provide relevant information for Director' acknowledgement. To manage ad-hoc functions as assigned by the Directors. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Job Requirement



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office support roles Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and a team player
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
