The candidate will be responsible for a variety of functions around the school, such as:
coordinating intakes/admissions
dealing with student affairs
communicating with parents or guardians
scheduling academic timetables
balancing the school accounts
The candidate should be enthusiastic and have strong communication and interpersonal skills which include being a good listener. He or she should be innovative and adaptive, have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as in a team. Experience or knowledge in accounting is a plus.
Qualifications should include a degree, preferably in social work, human resource or marketing. Other degree holders with some experience working in an administrator/supervisory role in a school or office/ facility setting are also encouraged to apply. Basic computer skills are a must.
