  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or admin roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle daily accounting tasks including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bookkeeping.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, and payment vouchers.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Manage office administration, including procurement, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support Human Resources-related tasks such as attendance records, leave management, and staff claims.
  • Coordinate with external accounting firm and service providers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
