Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or admin roles.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Handle daily accounting tasks including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bookkeeping.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, and payment vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Manage office administration, including procurement, filing, and correspondence.
Support Human Resources-related tasks such as attendance records, leave management, and staff claims.
Coordinate with external accounting firm and service providers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
