+ Support preparation of meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
+ Assist in tracking follow-ups and action items arising from meetings. + Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining documents, reports, and records.
+ Handle information and documents with confidentiality and professionalism. + Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings, internal events, and company activities.
+ Support internal administrative processes and documentation. + Provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
+ Learn and support management-related administrative processes and workflows.
+ Proactively assist in improving administrative efficiency and organisation.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
; relevant internship experience will be an advantage.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive learning attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently with guidance and supervision.
