The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling day-to-day office management, coordinating with internal teams, supporting HR and finance functions, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. The Admin Executive plays a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day office operations including office supplies, equipment, and facility management.
Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical and digital).
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
Human Resource & Staff Support
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Support HR-related activities such as training, company events, and staff welfare programs.
Finance & Procurement Assistance
Assist in procurement of office supplies, vendor management, and service contracts.
Liaise with finance department on invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain administrative reports for management.
Support audits and inspections as needed.
Other Duties
Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications.
Undertake any other duties assigned by the management to support business operations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
