To provide essential support in the efficient functioning of the educational
center, Pusat Tuisyen Aksara Rahsia Pintar (M) Sdn Bhd (AR Pintar)
Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as:
Provide administrative support to the Tuition Centres
Assist with student enrollment and registration processes
Maintain student records and databases accurately
Coordinate centre programs
Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to parents and students.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the department
They play a vital role in maintaining the center's operations, assisting with communication between students and parents, and ensuring a smooth learning environment. Their role helps create a well-organized and functional infrastructure for effective teaching and learning within the tuition center.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Working Hours : 2 pm- 10.00 pm (Monday to Friday) , Saturday 9.00am-2.00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,591.66 - RM2,800.00 per month
