We are looking for a responsible and well-organized
Administrative Executive
to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently while coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy structured work, documentation, and providing strong administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily
administrative duties
including filing, data entry, and document control
Prepare and process
Purchase Orders (PO)
and related documents
Coordinate with
suppliers and internal departments
Maintain proper records and ensure documents are well-organized and up to date
Support basic
HR administrative tasks
when required
Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum
Diploma
in Business Administration or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
(fresh graduates may be considered)
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Responsible, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Ability to communicate in
English & Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin-speaking ability
is an added advantage (if applicable)*
