Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for daily office operations
Assist in document preparation, filing, and record management
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and office activities
Assist other departments as and when required
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Fresh graduates or PROTEGE candidates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
