Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to support factory operations Arrange, schedule, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met Conduct self-monitoring and follow-up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion Manage hostel administration, including room allocation, cleanliness coordination, and basic upkeep matters Maintain proper filing, records, and documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required

Job Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a factory environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
