Job Description


You will be focusing on one or more specific admin domains. You will provide administrative support for salespersons and supervisors, enabling them to maximize the time spent on customer facing activities in the field. The administrative support covers activities related to Maintenance Operations, Sales Support, Public Tender Preparation, Third Party Inspection and Reporting. The Customer Service Admin ensures responsiveness towards customer by keeping up with quality and SLA levels.

Job Details:

Position : Admin Executive

Company Industry : Leading eco-efficient elevators, escalators and autowalks

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1800)

Working Location : Jalan Tandang, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic range from RM3,000 to RM5,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

Start date : February 2023

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Minimum Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to represent company confidently.
  • Basic skills with MS Office tools and applications.
  • Experience in inter-office and customer communications
JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • General administrative support for Sales and Maintenance Supervisors
  • Support in 3rd party inspection administration.
  • Analyses inspection needs and schedules individual inspections.
  • Analysis and follow-up: receive and analyses inspection reports, contacts customer for actions, hands over repair tender leads to Repair Admin and follows up closing the remarks Creates service/work order and requests spare parts.
  • Takes ownership for customer queries forwarded from first level and follows up with field Supervisor and other services to get a response.
