Manage day-today administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operation.

To handle assets and expenses management. i.e. maintain record of company properties, such as Company assets, cars, mobile telephones, laptops and assist in cost control and monitoring.

Main person to handle & checking of office utilities bills

Responsible & maintaining folder of data store in ADMIN server.

Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.

Ensuring all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions in relation to compliance with the statutory regulations and requirements.

Maintain a proper and efficient filling system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.

Office administration - cleaning, arrangement, hygiene, preparation of work station for new staff.

- Other ad-hoc assignments assigned from time to time

Experience and qualifications

Diploma / Degree in any related field.

1-2 years experience in Admin

Computer literate in Microsoft Office

Highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to work independently

Efficient time-management, direction

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Honest, ethical and dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
