Job Description


MohonKelayakanEducational Qualifications:

  • Diploma & above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with experience in logistics or import/export.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures.
TanggungjawabAdministrative Duties:
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff.
Import Shipment Handling:
  • Coordinate and manage import shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Checking import documentation from suppliers, including bills of lading, form E, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third parties to ensure compliance with import regulations.
  • Track and monitor shipment status, resolving any issues or delays.
  • Ensure all import activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain records of all import transactions and related documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding shipment details and requirements.
  • Handle any customs clearance issues and ensure proper tariff classification and valuation of goods.
  • Include Import Shipment Handling
General Duties:
  • Provide support in managing employee records and HR-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with external parties, including vendors and service providers, for office-related matters.
