Admin Executive

Job scope :

Assist tendering process, from researching opportunities and preparing tender documents to submitting bids and tracking outcomes.
To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered.
Provide general administrative and clerical support (mailing, scanning, faxing and copying)
Perform data entry
Resolving any administrative problems
Assist to liaise with vendors/suppliers and partners.
Prepare and modify documents (correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails)
Prepare and attend meetings.
Perform Ad hoc task assign by superior.
Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least professional certificate, diploma or bachelor degree in any field.
Computer literate with good communication & presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
