Tasks & responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries on the company's services and products
Assisting with documentation, and administrative support.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-up.
Manage customer order with prepare quotation, checking and compile product info, project info and etc.
Handle the processing of shipments with accuracy and timeliness
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
