Job Description



Manage hostel for overseas colleagues. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments. Prepare meeting minutes report as and when required. Arrange transportations, travel and accommodations. Coordinate in-house and external events i.e. monthly birthday celebration, department dinner, etc. Manage licenses and renewals. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Oversee security services & landscape/cleaning related services provided by vendors. Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations. Manage daily food arrangement with canteen operator. Manage prayers preparation. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Perform other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration/Office Management with at least 3 years' experience in related field. Male candidate is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach. Fluent in Mandarin, Malay & English to effectively communicate with overseas colleagues from China & Taiwan. Possess own transport & willing to travel. Malaysian citizen. Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
