Perform administrative support in day-to-day operations and handle confidential matters.
To prepare, monitor and execute contract service agreement for stamping, review of contract service terms & conditions and/or renewal
Assist in preparing delivery documents for the Directors and other authorized personnel.
Prepare and compile confidential correspondence, minutes of meetings, and business reports.
Follow up and coordinate activities of various departments and update the Directors regularly.
Responsible for answering calls, handling company inquiries, taking messages, and redirecting calls to appropriate offices
To prepare/follow up documentation such as letters, quotations, invoices, credit notes, etc.
Orders and maintains stationery and general supplies as required
Conducts data entry including commercial administrative assistance related to customer cases, complaints, contracts and activities.
Assist in internal events/projects as required and associated with performing duties assigned.
Assist in the preparation and compilation of presentation slides and business proposals.
Preserve strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors and authorized personnel.
Requirements :
Experience in an administrative.
Organizational and time management skills.
Communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
