Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in daily operations of the company Attend to walk-in visitors and new clients in all forms of communication. Handle pre-sales enquiries and pass to relevant colleague to follow up Assist in issuing quotation/quotation to clients and to track on outstanding payments. Maintain proper filling systems to ensure the traceability of documents Support other departments and staff members with administrative tasks as needed. Assist in tasks assigned by the Director

REQUIREMENTS

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related field. Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with staff, clients, and visitors. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing office systems and documentation. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations or challenges. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Knowledge of office management principles and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
