Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing office supplies, handling documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized working environment. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.) Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Provide administrative support to departments such as HR, Finance, or Operations Support event planning and internal staff activities Liaise with vendors, service providers, and office building management Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
