Requirements
Education

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in education, communication, or related fields.
Experience
  • Preferably 1-2 years in administration, customer service, or sales and marketing.
  • Fresh graduates without experience are also encouraged to apply.
Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and Tamil.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (an advantage).

  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Edit and upload teachers' notes to Google Drive.
  • Prepare and upload Zoom/Google Meet class links to the admin panel.
  • Upload class recordings to the admin panel and ensure timely updates.
  • Manage and update class timetables on WhatsApp and Telegram groups.
Customer Service
  • Respond to parent inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
  • Handle student registration and guide parents on upgrading packages.
  • Follow up with parents on subscription renewals and pending payments.
  • Manage feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
