Job Description

Working Duration:


8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
8:30am- 1:00pm (Saturday)

Job Location:

Shah Alam, Seksyen 33

Job Scope: (Training will be provided)


1. Prepare quotation, Invoices & Delivery Order.
2. To follow up with customers on existing orders.
3. To liaise with internal team on delivery & collection orders.
4. To follow up with customers on outstanding invoices.
5. To do bookkeeping and filing.
6. To perform general administration task.
7. Perform any ad hoc assignments from time to time as required.

Requirement:


1. Minimum SPM Level. Able to converse in Bahasa & English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
4. Experience in using the SQL Accounting system will be an added advantage.
