Job Description

Liaise and coordinate with

government bodies and agencies

(e.g., MATRADE, KUSKOP, MITI, SSM, etc.) for company registrations, grants, licenses, and compliance matters. Manage

office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory

, ensuring adequate stock levels. Oversee

office maintenance, repairs, and service contracts

with vendors and service providers. Handle

official correspondences

, emails, and phone communications on behalf of the company. Maintain and update

company documents, contracts, and administrative files

in an organized and secure manner. Ensure

timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and registrations

. Support management in

preparing reports, letters, and presentations

when required. Coordinate

meetings, travel arrangements, and company events

. Maintain a

safe and professional office environment

in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
