Provide efficient administrative and operational support to the department.
Manage documentation, filing systems and maintain accurate data records.
Prepare, update and consolidate reports for management review.
Handle incoming phone calls, email inquiries and all correspondence in a professional manner.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
Assist in processing letters, memos and office-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards in all administrative tasks.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the head of department
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
Professional, pleasant and customer-oriented communication style.
Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
