Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and team members
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
Handle data entry, documentation, and report preparation
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general office upkeep
Assist with HR and finance-related administrative tasks (e.g., attendance, invoices, claims)
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative activities
