Job Responsibilities
Handle general administrative and clerical duties at Head Office.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of company and project records.
Assist in preparing basic reports, letters, and internal documents.
Coordinate with internal departments on administrative matters.
Manage office supplies and administrative records.
Perform data entry and maintain updated records.
Support daily office operations and carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum
SPM / Diploma
in Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organisational skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
