Admin Executive
.
Job Scope:
Prepare quotations & invoices
Draft official letters & company documents
Handle claims & expense records
Manage filing, data & office documentation
Support daily office operations
Perform other related administrative tasks
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM / equivalent
Basic computer & office software skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and in a team
Possess a valid driving license
(own transport is an advantage)
Administrative work experience is an added advantage
Salary & Allowances:
Basic salary:
RM1,750
Meal allowance:
RM150
Mobile allowance:
RM100
