We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
with strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will support administrative functions, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong critical thinking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist superior in provide administrative support to ensure seamless and efficient operation of the office, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, document preparation, and filing.
Prepare reports and analysis to support management planning and operational improvements.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely follow-up on administrative matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
At least 1 or 2 years of admin experience (fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
Diploma in Business Management or equivalent; associate is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Good communication skills
Able to work independently and handle deadline

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
