Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and internal communications
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, onboarding documentation, and employee records
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Assist finance team with basic invoicing, expense tracking, and purchase orders
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
