Ensure daily administrative operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure that workflows and scopes within the Administration Department and across other departments are followed, coordinated, and streamlined.
Support the Administration Manager and school leadership in day-to-day administrative matters.
Student Records & Data Management
Ensure all student information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date in both physical and digital records.
Log and maintain all data collected from physical enquiry forms in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of student-related records in compliance with school policies.
Documentation & Office Support
Prepare administrative documents, including photocopying, printing, document creation, and compilation, as requested by the Principal, Vice Principal, Administration Manager, Academic, and Non-Academic departments.
Assist in preparing memorandums for internal circulation.Support documentation needs for school operations, events, and internal processes.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate organisation-wide updates and announcements to parents and students, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Assist in internal communication by supporting the preparation and distribution of notices and memorandums.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure consistent and effective information flow.
Inventory & Office Supplies
Take stock of office stationery and administrative supplies regularly.
Monitor usage levels and inform the Administration Manager of replenishment needs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
General Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support as required by the Administration Manager and school leadership.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements and Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Fluent in communicating in English (Spoken and written). Being able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
