Manage day-to-day office operations and oversee administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with relevant authorities to process permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals
Prepare and maintain official letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Manage procurement and inventory of office stationery and supplies
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintenance of employee records, attendance tracking, and payroll documentation
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal discussions
Manage and maintain ISO documentation, compliance records, and audit-related matters
Others task will be assigned by the management from time to time
