Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems.
Monitor and updating PO status.
Coordinate with suppliers in terms of sending PO, shipping status and delivery dates.
Establish active communication and engagement with related department to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
Perform general administration functions.
To execute ad-hoc duties when require.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma in Administration, or relevant qualifications.
Basic user knowledge in any accounting software (SQL is an added advantage)
Required skill(s): MS Office
Able to work efficiently and independently and able to work as a team.
Willing to learn, hardworking and responsible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
